DELTA Capital has joined in the celebration of this year’s International Customer Service Week by paying courtesy calls on some of its cherished clients.
The company combined fun and education in the week-long activities to mark the celebration.
The Customer Service Week serves as a period when many customer-oriented institutions, especially in the services industry, appreciate their customers and staff.
The celebration, which is marked in the first week of October, was on the theme "Excellence Happens Here”.
Delta Capital’s customer service teams during their visits explained the significance of the week and how it supported the company’s value of providing excellent service.
The company’s business development team visited the Greater Accra Poultry Farmers Association (GAPFA) where it engaged some staff on investment education.
The team highlighted how staff members could make monthly investments during working life to boast their future retirement incomes.
The staff members of GAPFA were impressed with Delta Capital’s engagement and encouraged the investment firm to undertake more of such visits.
